Carers at Home provides live in care services in West Sussex

We believe that West Sussex is one of the most beautiful places to live in England, so much so that our Director of Care lives there. As such Carers at Home is passionate about providing live in care services in West Sussex to allow the vulnerable to continue living in their own homes and accessing their communities and all the things West Sussex has to offer.

We provide a full range of live in care services in West Sussex including dementia care, personal care, physical disability care, sensory disability, care, social visits, reablement  care, end of life (palliative) care and reablement care.

At Carers at Home we do not believe in providing live in care for clients that are not within 1 hours drive of either one of our offices or a field base care manager. 

When onboarding a new live in care client in West-Sussex one of Carers at Home's management team will introduce all new care workers and attend the client at least twice in the first week. Following that a member of the management team will undertake a supervision every 2-4 weeks depending on the client's needs.
