Carers at Home aims to keep our staff, clients and their families up-to-date with information on our progress through the lock-down.

Check this page regularly for any important information.

Our team follows best practice guidelines for Infection Prevention and Control and have been regularly engaged in update training and supervision.

We have been liaising with Surrey Care Association and Public Health England to ensure we are minimising risks and working safely.

Currently, our company is sufficiently resourced with Personal Protective Equipment that support our team to deliver safe care to our clients.  We have written to our clients or their relatives to ask them to supply antibacterial pump hand soap and kitchen roll.

During this isolation phase we will be applying special measures to keep our clients safe around the home.

This includes the disinfection of commonly touched surfaces as well as regulatory advice.

Our carers understand the self-isolation protocol to follow at the first sign of symptoms.
